Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Orlando, FL. This is a full-time role requiring Florida board certification and the ability to work with chronically ill patients in home-like settings.

You will perform exams, order tests, prescribe meds, and coordinate with the clinical team. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and pay-on-demand options.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with Florida NP/PA certification.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in Orlando, FL.
• Assess health via exams, histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate across internal platforms with clinical operations.
• Deliver patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Form impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers.
• Order diagnostic tests when medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
