Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LVN/LPN) to support dialysis patients. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, patient care, and coordination with the healthcare team. CPR certification is required within 90 days, with clinical training provided on-site.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, collecting samples, managing supplies, and assisting with billing and reviews as needed. Prior dialysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Completion of USRC training program within 8 weeks of hire.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• May assist with billing log preparation and updates.
• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete orders.
• Document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records.
