Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have healthcare experience along with strong communication and organizational skills. Local travel is necessary, and a valid Driver’s License is required.

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of related experience; healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid systems is a plus.
• Past patient interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate insurance options.
• Educate on availability of alternative insurance options.
• Complete and follow up with paperwork for claims disputes.
