Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician -- Floater to oversee maintenance and repair of dialysis and water treatment equipment across assigned clinics.

This role requires travel to local sites and ensuring patient safety through reliable operation of critical systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, calibrating, testing, and disinfecting dialysis machines, water distribution loops, and pretreatment equipment, plus keeping precise maintenance records and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Dialysis or medical environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations.
• Must be able to work independently and with others.
• Color vision to distinguish test results and indicators.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment, dialysis machines, and related systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Conduct water quality checks and safety tests per protocol.
• Assist with inventory and supply stocking; participate in purchasing as needed.
• Coordinate with Administrators and Contractors for emergency repairs.
• Develop and participate in staff training and team collaboration.
