Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in applicable state; current with good driving record.
• Dialysis, hospital, or medical experience preferred.
• Color vision capability.
• Ability to react under stress and in emergencies.
• Effective communication and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others to plan and organize work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment and dialysis machines to ensure patient safety.
• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Assist with purchasing: place orders and conduct weekly/month end inventory counts.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and documentation.
• Perform water quality checks and safety tests on pretreatment equipment.
• Document maintenance records and stay compliant with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Administrators to meet clinic needs and promote guest service standards.
