Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead education for ESRD dialysis teams and patients. You will coordinate with the Dialysis Director, Nurse Manager, and physicians to ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, ESRD Network, and KDIGO standards, and to advance best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• ASN or completion of accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN and Master’s degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Experience in nurse education and dialysis regulation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Role-model nursing standards and optimize dialysis care practices.
• Provide direct education, supervision of preceptors, and staff training.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary meetings and disseminate information to staff.
• Develop and evaluate education programs for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to round and optimize care.
• Lead education initiatives to meet CMS, DOH, ESRD Network, and KDIGO standards.
