Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dialysis Clinical Services Specialist (RN) to lead education and training for facility staff in a patient-centered dialysis setting.

You will work under the guidance of the clinical leadership to develop policies, ensure competencies, and drive quality care. The role emphasizes teaching, clinical excellence, and collaboration with care teams across disciplines while maintaining a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support and guidance from clinical team.

• Oversee preceptor program and report progress.
• Educate staff on clinic policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction to correct deficiencies identified during surveys.
• Assign and monitor online education modules.
