Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Clinical Services Specialist Coordinator (RN) to deliver initial and ongoing education for facility staff.

The role emphasizes leadership in training, policy development, and staff competency validation within our nonprofit dialysis network. You will coordinate classroom theory, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide preceptors and patient-care teams to uphold high-quality kidney care across clinics.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN diploma).
• Two years’ dialysis experience required, with six months’ experience as a charge nurse preferred.
• Current PA Registered Nurse license and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate staff with guidance from the clinical team.
• Develop unit-specific policies under medical director direction.
• Lead classroom theory training for staff new to dialysis.
• Verify competencies before assigning advanced tasks.
• Oversee preceptor program and progress reporting.
• Educate staff on clinic policies and federal/state survey requirements.
• Coordinate or facilitate CPR certification classes.
