Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Dietitians to join our Dialysis Center team. The role focuses on educating hemodialysis patients, performing monthly assessments, and collaborating with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.

You will participate in rounds, recommend nutritional supports, monitor weights and fluid needs, and contribute to QAPI initiatives. A flexible schedule and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics required, Master’s preferred.
• Active Dietitian licensure for the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year clinical dietetics experience; ESRD patients preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education to hemodialysis patients.
• Completes monthly assessments and reviews labs with patients.
• R rounds with physicians weekly or as needed.
• Recommends vitamins, binders, and nutritional supplements.
• Works with interdisciplinary team to address nutritional and emotional needs of patients.
• Monitors patients’ weights, adjusting diet and fluid needs.
• Participates in QAPI and teamwork with other Registered Dietitians.
• Engages in patient-centered education projects.
