Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Dialysis Technician to provide direct patient care during hemodialysis, monitor patients, and communicate changes to the nursing team. Under supervision, you will ensure safe, effective care and accurate documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will also assist with equipment preparation and maintenance while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care and compassionate treatment for diverse patient

Formación

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Completion of the dialysis training program within 18 months of employment.
• Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months of employment per federal regulations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Successful completion of the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program within 18 months of employment.
• Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months of employment, in accordance with federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant (NA), Medical Assistant (MA), or other healthcare experience.
