Responsibilities

• Deliver expert dialysis treatments by following prescribed protocols and physician orders.

• Set up and operate dialysis machines and perform basic maintenance.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, diet, and self-care tips.
• Maintain accurate treatment records for each patient.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in the dialysis unit.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing education.
