Job summary

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Dialysis Clinical Technician in Dearborn for a full-time position. You will perform dialysis treatments, monitor patients, and ensure care quality in a busy outpatient setting.

Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or GED; NA/MA experience preferred. The role requires completion of the dialysis training program and eventual certification within 18 months. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for CCHT certified technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; NA/MA or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must complete Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program.
• Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months is required by federal regulation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dialysis treatments per protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor patients during dialysis; assess vital signs and respond to changes.
• Set up/operate dialysis machines; perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot.
