Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current licensure.
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare facility operations.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; dialysis exposure preferred.
• Ishihara Color Blindness test must be successfully passed.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program and patient care planning.
• Ensure accurate medical and operations records and audits.
• Handle network reporting and on-site surveys.
