The role includes coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, supporting quality initiatives, maintaining records and safety standards, and coordinating with physicians to optimize care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• RN license and current state licensure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience in clinical nursing and dialysis care preferred.
• Ability to interpret data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Providing leadership, coaching, and staff development; hiring and evaluations.
• Managing patient care coordination from admission to discharge.
• Supporting quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Maintaining medical records, facility safety, and equipment.
• Facilitating communication with physicians and coordinating care plans.
• Managing resources and travel between facilities; on-call coverage as needed.
• Participating in reporting, audits, and staff scheduling.
