Qualifications

• RN license with minimum 9 months nursing and 3 months dialysis experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct patient care staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, coordinate staffing, and provide ongoing training.
• Assess patient needs, oversee dialysis treatments, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families about renal disease, diet, and medication.
• Supervise equipment use, perform testing, and assist with special projects and staff interviews.
