Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee daily patient care operations in our dialysis setting. You will lead direct care staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure protocols are followed to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising medication administration, documenting care, training staff, and collaborating with the broader healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program and licensed RN.
• Minimum 12 months nursing experience, with 6 months in dialysis care.
• Preferred experience in medical/surgical nursing and supervisory roles.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of dialysis practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to direct patient care staff, participating in staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor patient care, administer medications, and respond to treatment needs.
• Train staff, supervise documentation, and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
• Participate in patient care planning, education, and emergency response.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with staff interviews, quality assurance, and special projects as assigned.
