• CDN or CNN certification preferred or must attain within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized, competency-based training programs for dialysis staff across facilities.
• Develop and deliver new employee orientation, preceptor training, and in-service education.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align education with quality patient care goals.
• Support and implement education initiatives across modalities and locations.
