Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome assigned patients and report any complaints or observations to the nurse supervisor.
• Screen patients as required by the Coronavirus Policy.
• Perform Nasal Swab Testing.
• Collect nasopharyngeal swab samples.
• Assist patients to and from the waiting area as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
• Prepare lab requisitions and label/store lab samples as required.
• Ensure proper disposal and handling of lab specimens.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with answering phones and coordinating patient transportation.
