Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality dialysis care. The role emphasizes patient care coordination, staff development, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic health system.

The Manager will oversee scheduling, education, and performance management, driving continuous improvement and collaboration with physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; RN licensure required; advanced degree desirable.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) with valid state license.
• Minimum 6–8 years related experience with 3+ years supervisory or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate departmental objectives, manage costs and staffing.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
• Ensure QA adherence and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Oversee patient care coordination from admission to discharge.
• Maintain medical records integrity and participate in risk management.
• Recruit, evaluate, and mentor staff; drive continuous improvement.
