Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience leading nursing/clinical teams in a dialysis or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, Charge RN, and other leaders on clinical programs and CQI initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate ICD coding and reporting.
• Support staff development, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain medical records integrity and foster strong physician relationships.
