Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, costs, processes, staffing and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development plans for direct reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Quality and Technical Services departments.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program as needed.
• Maintain medical and operations records and conduct audits.
• Manage annual standing order review and ICD coding.
• Monitor clinic finances and supply/equipment utilization.
• Ensure timely regulatory surveys and reporting.
