Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Facility Administrator to manage the daily operations of a dialysis clinic. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse to ensure high-quality patient care and compliant clinical operations.

You will participate in the Clinical Leadership Program, with potential career progression into Director of Operations and senior leadership roles as you lead teams and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with Medical Directors and nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Partners with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversees Home Therapies Program in coordination with Home Therapies Manager.
• Maintains records and supports data collection and audits.
• Manages financials, supplies, and cost containment; reviews monthly P&L.
• Handles required reporting and regulatory surveys.
• Manages inventory and purchasing, ensuring timely distribution and pricing.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
