Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Facility Administrator to lead daily clinic operations, oversee staff performance, and collaborate with the Medical Director and Charge Nurse to ensure quality patient care in the dialysis clinic.

The role offers a path through our Clinical Leadership Program toward Director of Operations and senior leadership, with a strong focus on operations, finance, and regulatory compliance within a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of healthcare facility operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Technical Services departments.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program in collaboration with Home Therapies Manager.
• Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and auditing activities.
• Manage clinic financials and ensure efficient use of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate network reporting and on-site surveys.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing to contain costs and ensure timely distribution.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
