Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the dialysis clinic and report to regional management.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive growth, achieve budget targets, and manage labor and supply costs.
• Lead quality and performance improvement activities (QAPI) and ensure complete documentation of patient care services.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and staff to maintain compliant, high-quality care.
