Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a dialysis facility. You will lead and coach staff, coordinate with the Medical Director, and manage staff scheduling and payroll.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data-driven improvement, and strong collaboration with physicians and leadership to advance patient outcomes and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current RN state licensure.
• Experience in clinical nursing.
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test passed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure quality patient care.
