Qualifications

• RN with accredited nursing degree and state licensure.
• 6+ months dialysis nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily facility operations while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge with physicians and nursing staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive CQI/QAPI improvements.
