Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead daily operations and coordinate comprehensive dialysis patient care. You will work closely with the Medical Director and clinic staff to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient facility performance.

As a clinical leader, you will mentor staff, manage schedules and training, and participate in CQI/QAPI initiatives while maintaining strong physician relationships and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN license and nursing degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Dialysis nursing experience preferred (6+ months).
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; medical databases welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
• Oversees clinic operations, including quality of care and compliance.
• Maintains medical and operational records and ensures data auditing.
• Manages staff scheduling, payroll, and training compliance.
• Fosters strong relationships with physicians and medical staff.
