Qualifications

• Experience leading dialysis or healthcare clinics.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.

• Familiarity with clinical workflows and patient care processes.
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Experience maintaining medical records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to clinic staff and oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical leaders on patient care quality.
• Oversee Home Therapies Program coordination where applicable.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data collection/audits.
• Manage ICD coding, incident reporting, and state/federal surveys.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, and staff development activities.
• Foster physician relationships and support collaborative governance.
• Drive CQI projects and annual performance evaluations.
