Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Manager in Michigan to lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality dialysis patient care. You will coach staff, coordinate care across teams, and maintain regulatory compliance while achieving budget targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current RN state licensure
• Experience in clinical nursing
• At least 6 months dialysis nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical database software

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including budget & staffing
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and development of staff
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with physicians and staff
• Maintain medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and drive CQI/QAPI initiatives with staff and physicians
• Foster strong relationships with Medical Director, physicians, and staff
