Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient dialysis facility. You will oversee clinical, regulatory, and operational functions, hire and develop a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate with physicians to deliver superior patient outcomes.

You will monitor safety, compliance, and quality while driving improvements. The role requires active RN licensure in California, 12 months nursing experience, and 3–5 years in ESRD clinical/management, with BLS/CPR

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure in California; BSN preferred.
• 12 months of nursing experience; dialysis training beneficial.
• 3–5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility; BLS/CPR required; supervisory experience preferred.
