U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to lead daily clinic operations, drive program growth, and ensure compliance with health regulations. The role reports to regional operational management and may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, dialysis management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC applications. Comprehensive benefits are provided with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet applicable, specific state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff coordination.
• Plan, coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely patient intake.
• Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and prepare corrective action plans as needed.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation in patient records.
