Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Staff Charge Nurse to lead and participate in professional development, quality improvement, and the application of nephrology standards of practice. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care for dialysis patients while advancing clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have RN experience with dialysis, strong organization skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualificações

• One (3) years of registered nurse experience.
• 18 months of dialysis experience as a Nephrology Nurse (in-center or acute dialysis) required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

• Participate in professional development activities, quality assessment and improvement.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Deliver patient-centric care with a focus on ethical practice and research translation.
• Apply Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and Scope of Practices in daily work.
