Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Center Manager (RN) to lead a dialysis center, uphold operational excellence, and guide a high-performing team with compassion for patients needing life-sustaining treatment.

You will coordinate care with Satellite staff and MDs, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of patient care and morale, while advancing opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience; management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or per the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL) rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence while leading a high-performing team in the dialysis center.
• Coordinate care and quality of treatments for patients to improve quality of life.
• Educate and mentor staff members as appropriate.
