Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six months of hemodialysis nursing experience; management or supervisor experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL) rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence while leading a high-performing team in a dialysis center.
• Coordinate the care and quality of treatments for patients with Satellite employees and MDs.
• Educate and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of care and compassion.
