U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients under RN supervision.

You will participate in all stages of dialysis treatment, from vitals collection to initiating and terminating therapy, while upholding safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork with nurses and staff, ongoing trainings, and delivering compassionate care to patients with kidney disease in a busy clinical setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors

Responsabilidades

• Patient care: work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment, including vitals, initiating and monitoring treatment, and collecting blood samples.
• Safety & Quality: prepare machines, disinfect equipment, conduct safety checks, and follow protocols with proper PPE.
• Partnership: collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under supervision, attend meetings and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
