Satellite Healthcare seeks a Patient Care Technician Trainee to learn direct patient care under RN supervision and to assist with hemodialysis per center policies. You will train in vital signs, blood tests, dialysis equipment prep and sanitation, and patient documentation.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, fast learning, and a team-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven dialysis program.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of medical experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification is required within 18 months from the hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification (for CA locations only) is required within 18 months from the hire date.
