Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Greensboro, NC seeks a dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our clinical team. You will assist in the setup and operation of dialysis therapy, monitor patients, perform pre/post treatment assessments, and maintain a safe, clean treatment environment under supervision.

Responsibilities include patient education, data entry into charts, adherence to CQI and infection control policies, and collaboration with RNs to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CPR certification and dialysis training preferred.
• Experience in patient care and hospital setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis therapy.
• Monitor patient wellbeing during treatment and document vital signs and parameters.
• Perform pre/post-treatment assessments and record data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment area and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding treatment and disease management under supervision.
• Support CQI and infection control practices as directed.
