Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate vascular access and perform cannulation, administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law.
• Record and monitor vital signs, treatment parameters and patient response; document thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control policies.
• Support CQI activities and participate in patient education and transition processes.
