US Renal Care is seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering patient care and delegated dialysis treatments. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support patients with renal failure.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, monitoring patients during dialysis, collecting samples as ordered, ensuring safety measures, and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient stats before and after treatment
• Initiate and monitor dialysis treatment
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis and log quality checks
• Disinfect machines and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Operate under supervision of RN or Charge Nurse and follow policies
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education
