Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and document treatment data according to policy.

The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate vitals, and adherence to infection control standards within a busy clinical setting. Prior CPR certification and CMS licensure are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient-related education on adequacy measures.
• Monitor vital signs and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Document treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean dialysis environment and comply with policies.
