Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to join the health care team, performing setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist in maintaining a safe, clean working environment and actively participate in CQI activities to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient education, monitoring treatment, recording vital signs and treatment data, and ensuring accuracy of charted information.

Formación

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Welcome patients and monitor wellbeing before/during treatment.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Ensure safety alarms and machine checks are maintained.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and infection control practices.
• Participate in CQI activities and patient education.
