Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS/state certification requirements as applicable.
• All appropriate state licensure, education and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and vital signs; document treatment details.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines per orders and safety policies.
• Observe infection control practices and clean dialysis equipment between treatments.
• Record treatment data accurately in the designated clinical application.
