Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The role includes patient education, vital signs collection, and orderly documentation of treatment parameters in a busy clinical setting.

You will support safety protocols, monitor patient responses, and contribute to a CQI program while ensuring compliance with CMS/state regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• CMS/state licensure requirements met within required timeline.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Perform pre/post-treatment vital signs, weight, and cannulation as directed.
• Document treatment data accurately and completely.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and report any discrepancies.
• Support training of direct patient care staff and participate in CQI activities.
