Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Monitor patients during treatment and report significant changes to the nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data accurately.
• Assist in patient education regarding adequacy measures and process goals.
• Support CQI activities to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
