Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated healthcare teammate to support dialysis treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will help set up hemodialysis machines, monitor patient condition, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, assisting with vascular access evaluation, and participating in CQI activities to enhance patient outcomes. A high school diploma or GED and CPR credentials are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum patient care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred or required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during treatment and document vital signs.
• Record treatment data accurately and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe dialysis environment and equipment.
