Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team in delivering high-quality dialysis care. You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, assist with patient stats, initiate and monitor treatment, and collect samples as ordered.

You will be responsible for preparing dialysis machines, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, and ensuring safety checks and quality control are performed in line with policy and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after treatment, and conduct safety checks.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in meetings and continuing education.
