Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state or national certification requirements.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training.
• Continued employment depends on dialysis training completion and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Evaluate and monitor patient wellbeing during treatment.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight measurements.
• Document treatment data and report changes to the registered nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Support training of direct patient care staff and other team members.
