Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and response to dialysis therapy.
• Record and document treatment data and weights.
• Evaluate vascular access and monitor pressures during treatment.
• Ensure safety alarms and proper machine alarms are enabled.
• Assist with infection control and equipment cleaning.
• Support patient education and transition through care stages.
