Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients through dialysis procedures, monitoring, and post-treatment observation. The role involves direct patient contact, data recording, and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for people and work around blood/needles.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required ESRD certifications and CPR.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
• Measure and record vital stats and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Initiate cannulation and provide patient observations.
