Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Blaine clinic is seeking a dialysis technician to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will monitor patient conditions, record data, and help maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.

No previous dialysis experience is required as on-the-job training is provided; week daily hours vary with rotating shifts to cover clinic needs in Blaine, MN.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility is preferred.
• On-the-job training is provided.
• Must meet state licensure or training requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and treatment response.
• Record treatment data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in infection control and CQI activities.
• Assist in patient education and transitional care activities.
